My Short Sale Experience

I have been selling short sales since 2002.  Going through a short sale is a major life-changing event.  You’re faced with emotional as well as financial decisions that can seem overwhelming. I have been trained to help you with some of those challenges.

My primary goal is to help you through the process in a professional, caring and thorough manner.  You and I along with the legal and financial professionals that  I use will determine your best course of action.  If a short sale is your best direction, I will make the process as stress-free as possible. By managing expectations, you’ll have a good idea what to expect, how long the process will take, who will be doing what and your options along the way.

I work very hard with negotiating with lenders and keeping my clients’ needs first. I will handle the marketing of your house, negotiating the offer with a buyer, and ensuring all paperwork is properly completed.  I provide you a regular status of where we are in the process.

Training & Certifications

I am a certified Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource (SFR).  This means that I am certified real estate professional trained to work with distressed sellers and the finance, tax, and legal profession who can help them, qualify sellers for short sales, provide the sellers with the lender short sale package, negotiate with the lenders with limit risk.  I focused specifically on better servicing my clients whether they are facing foreclosure or considering a short sale.
